Hot beverages are the quickest way to thaw after making a chilly trek from class, but they can be a source of added sugar. Tip #1: If a rich coffee drink is calling your name, try a mixture of French vanilla cappuccino and half coffee. Tip #2: Lighten up your hot chocolate and the rest with hot water or skim milk.
