How to Purchase All-Access Plans Commuter Plans
Students age 18 and older can purchase a meal plan through our online Dining Services account portal portal.
Students under the age of 18 will need to have a parent, guardian, or guarantor complete and sign an online version of the Meal Plan Contract.
All-Access plans are available to all UGA students, faculty, and staff.
All Access meal plan participants can come and go as often as they’d like during the serving days relevant to their meal plan type.
Any meal plan participant may choose to add Paw Points to their summer meal plan. Learn more about Paw Points here.

Commuter Plans are available to all off-campus UGA students, faculty, and staff.
Commuter Meal Plans allow students to dine in the dining commons as well as restaurants, coffee shops, and market locations.
Meal Plan Blocks can be used for entry into the dining commons for any meal that you choose. Blocks are valid during the semester they are purchased. Unused Blocks will be forfeited at the end of each semester. Blocks cannot be shared and do not roll over to any subsequent semesters.
Paw Points can be used for purchases at any UGA Dining Service location or Coca-Cola Vending machine. Points are deducted with each purchase, and because they are part of the meal plan, all Paw Points purchases are tax free.
Paw Points remain active for one calendar year past a student’s last use of Paw Points. Even if a student has graduated or are no longer on the meal plan, their unused Paw Points are still available as long as their ID card is active during that time period.
When your Paw Point Balance drops below 50 points, additional Paw Points may be purchased online.

*One block is equivalent to one entry into the dining commons (for example, a 180 block plan provides you with 180 meals throughout the semester). Blocks do not roll from one semester to the next so it is to your advantage to use your blocks each semester so as to not forfeit any unused blocks.
