Fruit = 1 cup whole fruit or 1/2 dried fruit. Vegetables = 2 cups leafy greens or 1 cup whole vegetables. Dairy = 1 cup yogurt or milk. Grains (1 ounce equivalent) = 1 slice of bread or 1/2 cup cooked pasta or rice. Protein = 1 large egg (1 ounce equivalent) or 1 chicken breast from the grill (4 ounce equivalent).
