Vegetarian choices are available in every dining commons.

The vegetarian items are marked on the daily menu tags and Build Your Plate with this symbol:  Green circle with leaf.  (meaning Meatless, may contain eggs and/or dairy)

Vegan items are marked on daily menu tags and Build Your Plate with this symbol:  Yellow circle with a V in it  (also considered vegetarian)
