Gluten-Free Pantry
Bolton Dining Commons contains a gluten-free pantry that is be stocked with shelf-stable, microwavable items such as oatmeal, bagels, breads, buns, muffins, mac-n-cheese, cookies, brownies, and ice cream. While we provide gluten-free menu items in all dining commons, the pantry gives an additional option for students with specific dietary needs. To gain access to the pantry, students will need to first meet with the Registered Dietitian, Katherine Ingerson, to discuss their dietary restrictions.
