Important Program Update

Our tabletop advertising program is suspended until further notice. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Dining Services has seven Digital Advertising Boards within UGA's five dining commons. The digital advertisements run from Friday - Friday for up to two weeks. To run an advertisement, please request a reservation online no less than 14 business days prior to the run date. Digital ads need to be saved as PNG or JPG format and sized to 1920 x 1020 pixels. Please do not use any copyright materials (logos, photos, etc.) without consent from the owner of the copyright. Please note, artwork will need to be approved before advertisements are accepted to run.

Note: The display area on the screens is small and rotates through ads every eight seconds, so keep your ad design simple and readable.
