UGA Dining Services offers flexible dining options in several of our residential dining commons. We are happy to assist in scheduling meals for your camp during your time on campus.

*Pricing includes tax. GA State Tax is included in the total cost of meals purchased unless a completed State of Georgia ST-5 Sales Tax Exemption form is submitted.
To begin your camp dining request, please submit a Camp Request Form at least six (6) weeks prior to the first meal date.*
Once we receive your form, you will be emailed a Camp Contract. The contract must be completed and received at least two (2) weeks prior to the start of your camp.
*Camp requests submitted after July 11, 2025 cannot be processed and will be considered as Group Dining Requests instead.
After we receive the signed Camp Contract, you will be sent a Meal Request Form to finalize meal times, dining location, and guest counts.
You will be able to continuously update this Meal Request Form until seven (7) business days before the first meal needed, at which point no further changes can be made.
Please keep in mind that multiple camps may be scheduled on campus, and while we will do our best to accommodate your meal time and unit preferences, flexibility may be required.
Camps will be invoiced based on their final guest count, as listed in the Meal Request Form.
Non-affiliated UGA camps must submit full payment before receiving their camp packets, which are required for entry into the dining facilities.
These payments can be made either by business check (delivered in person or mailed to the address listed on the invoice, not to be mailed to the university or any of our dining facilities) or by credit card.
UGA sponsored camps will be invoiced by the UGA Dining Business Office.
GA State Sales Tax will be added to the total cost of meals unless a completed State of Georgia ST-5 Sales Tax Exemption form is submitted along with the camp contract.

UGA Dining Services does not handle transportation, parking, housing, or meeting space reservations for summer camp guests. These arrangements should be made through the respective campus departments.
