Vegetarian Lines

Each of the main campus dining commons features a vegetarian line/station:

  • Classic Cuisine @ Bolton
  • Veggie Harvest @ Oglethorpe
  • Veg Yums @ Snelling
  • Headliners @ the Village Summit

Each vegetarian line features:

  • 2  Vegetarian Lunch Entrees
  • 2 Vegetarian Dinner Entrees
  • Fresh Steamed Vegetable of the Day
  • Bean of the Day with Brown Rice
  • Baked Russet Potatoes and Sweet Potatoes

Depending on the dining commons, the vegetarian line may also feature additional items such as hummus, vegetarian dips and spreads, grilled cheese sandwiches, and additional roasted vegetables.

In addition to their vegetarian lines, Bolton, Oglethorpe, Snelling and Village Summit serve a variety of vegetarian options at multiple other stations throughout the day.

  • Shrimp is served on rotation at The Bowl in Snelling Dining Commons
  • Fish and seafood are served every 2 days as part of the 3-week rotation menu on the hot/main lines in every dining commons. Entrees include:
