• The Dining Services’ Registered Dietitian counsels students on a variety of eating habits and nutrition related concerns.   Meal plan patrons can schedule private counseling sessions with the dietitian to discuss weight management, exercise, food allergies, and other health-related topics free of charge. The dietitian can also analyze students' body fat percentage or give nutrition presentations on request.

Students with food allergies or nutritionally significant medical conditions (diabetes, Celiac disease, Crohn’s disease, anemia, hypertension, hypoglycemia, etc) can receive nutrition advisement through private consultations with the Registered Dietitian.
