In the Dining Commons

Halal menu items are served on rotation as part of the menu on the main lines in all of the dining commons. A variety of halal options can be found within every dining commons.

Halal meat items are marked on Build Your Plate and on digital menu tags with this symbol: A black circle with a white capitol H in the center

Currently, we do not label vegetarian or seafood items with the Halal menu symbol: A black circle with a white capitol H in the center. Instead, we currently only label chicken and beef items in the dining commons that are certified* as Halal.

Bolton Dining Commons serves halal rotisserie chicken daily at the Classic Cuisine or the Special Selections line, usually at lunch.

*For questions on halal certification, please contact the Associate Director of Nutrition.

Bulldog Box Program

The Bulldog Box Program allows students to take their food on-the-go and enjoy their meal at a later time. Students can choose any menu items to put in their to-go box, from breakfast items to entrées, sides, and desserts.
