Meal plan change requests are not permitted after the last day of the drop/add period each semester. Please submit a Meal Plan Cancellation form instead.
After the start of classes, any meal plan changes or cancellations must be requested through a Meal Plan Change Form or a Meal Plan Cancellation Form.
Meal Plan Change Form
You can make changes to your meal plan through the last day of drop/add each semester.
All meal plan change requests submitted through the last day of drop/add will be processed.
Meal Plan Cancellation Form
Cancellation requests are not accepted after the withdrawal deadline in any semester.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Refunds for 5 or 7 Day Plans are subject to a daily meal plan rate deduction for each day of service prior to cancelation.
- Refunds for Block Plans are subject to deduction of the cost of any blocks that have been used.
- Refunds for all plans are subject to deduction of any Paw Points that have been used.
- Cancellation requests submitted after the Drop/Add period of each semester will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
