We are excited to offer dining options for your camp during your stay on campus. Whether you are wanting to dine in our award-winning dining facilities or have a meal catered, UGA Dining Services can accommodate your request. If you are not with a camp, but looking for group dining, please visit our group dining request page. Summer dining options for 2019 are available in Snelling Dining Commons, Village Summit Dining Commons, and Bolton Dining Commons.

Please note that UGA Dining Services does not provide or coordinate transportation, parking, housing or reservation of meeting spaces for summer conference guests. These are arranged by contacting individual departments on campus.

Summer 2019 Location Options

Two of our dining commons will be open at different times during the summer and are available to camps and conference groups.

The Village Summit Dining Commons will be open for serving meal plan customers from May 13 - August 6 (Open July 4, Closed Weekends). Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Bolton Dining Commons will be open for serving meal plan customers from June 3 - August 3 (Closed July 4). Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. | Saturday & Sunday 8:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Box Meals

Box meals are available to camps and conferences who need to eat on the go. Click here for breakfast and/or lunch forms and information.

Camps that would like to eat in the dining commons may request to do so with this form. Please print out the UGA Dining Services Camp Meal Schedule form, complete and submit with your estimated meal counts no later than 3 weeks prior to the start of your camp.
