Non-UGA department sponsored groups are considered external and must submit a Group Dining Request Form at least five (5) business days prior to the visit.

Payment Information

• Accepted payments:
  • Business check (made out to UGA Dining Services)
  • Business credit card – Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express
• Groups should submit their final guest count no less than three (3) business days prior to your visit.
• Detailed information about the amount due and payment instructions will be sent at the time of your group dining request confirmation via email with the subject “TeamDynamix Service Request.”
• Payments should be made in full at the door before entry.
• UGA Dining Services does not offer refunds; all sales are final.
• UGA Dining Services does not send invoices prior to your visit; a receipt will be provided upon payment.

FOR TAX EXEMPTION STATUS:

• GA State Tax will be added to the total cost of meals purchased, unless a completed State of Georgia ST-5 Sales Tax Exemption form is submitted when completing the Group Dining Request Form.
• The Sales Tax Exemption Form must be submitted when completing the Group Dining Request Form or attached no less than three (3) business days prior to your visit.  Sales tax exemption forms will not be accepted at the time of visit.
• Sales tax exemption forms from other states are not eligible for tax exemption.

• We do not allow outside food in the dining commons.
• Reserved seating requests cannot be accommodated due to limited space.
• Dining facilities or spaces cannot be rented for events.

• Groups who choose Journal Entry as their payment type must provide a department SPEEDTYPE when submitting the Group Dining Request Form.  Journal Entry payments are tax exempt.
• Groups who choose Foundation Funds as their payment type will either:
  • be invoiced by UGA Dining Services Business Office and are subject to GA State Tax; or
  • pay at the door using a Foundation business check.
• Groups are charged against the final guest count and the number of tickets ordered, due no less than three (3) business days prior to your visit.
• Detailed information about the amount due and payment instructions will be sent at the time of your group dining request confirmation via email with the subject “TeamDynamix Service Request.”
• If your group chooses to be invoiced, meal tickets will be printed and ready for pickup, in person, at the Bolton Administration Office before your meal
• UGA Dining Services does not offer refunds; all sales are final.
• Information on mailing your payment will be provided on the final invoice. Please do not mail checks to Bolton Dining Commons.
