The Eating Smart Class is a 4-week health and nutrition course tailored to the needs of you, the college student. Taught by the Food Service Registered Dietitian, this program is FREE to meal plan participants. Join us in a convenient, relaxed setting where you will learn practical information for developing healthy eating habits and achieving your goals.

- Healthy Eating on the Go
- Nutrition for Disease Prevention
- Emotional Eating
- Healthy Vegetarianism
- Nutrition Lifestyle Skills
Classes were held in February 2018 and fall classes start September - October 2018. *Space is limited. Classes will be filled on a first come-first serve basis.
