Experience fresh-from-the-farm flavors at Snelling, Bolton, the Village Summit, and Oglethorpe Dining Commons as Dining Services presents special Farm to Table recipes on November 14th. Dinner begins at 4:00 p.m. and it will be time to enjoy an array of fresh fruits and local cheeses, UGArden tossed salad with roasted beet and fried green tomato, and a refreshing glass of iced tea brewed from the UGArden Fall tea blend. Additional featured recipes include braised osso buco, roasted asparagus with hard-boiled eggs, chocolate drizzled cherry bars, and more! Special line dancing performances will be hosted at the Village Summit while you enjoy your meal.
