I am responsible for ensuring that UGA Dining Services operations have the tools and training that they need to serve safe food. I conduct food safety training and audits and review plans for health code compliance prior to any renovation or new construction. While I never imagined that I would have this career when I was working as a student employee at O'House, it is truly a privilege to serve my alma mater in this capacity. I hold a CP-FS credential and am a certified ServSafe instructor. I'm also pretty proud of my fairly mediocre MS-Paint skills.
