Welcome to UGA Dining Services Summer Camps and Conferences page. We are excited to offer dining options for your group during your stay on campus. Whether you're wanting to dine in our award-winning dining facilities or have a meal catered, UGA Dining Services can accommodate your request. Summer dining options for 2018 are available in Snelling Dining Commons (May 8 - May 31), Village Summit Dining Commons (June 1 - July 31) and Bolton Dining Commons (June 1 - August 1).

Please note that UGA Dining Services does not provide or coordinate transportation, parking, housing or reservation of meeting spaces for summer conference guests. These are arranged by contacting individual departments on campus.

Summer Location Options

Three of our dining commons will be open at different times during the summer and are available to camps and conference groups.

Snelling Dining Commons will be open for serving meal plan customers from May 8-31 (Closed May 28 for Memorial Day & Weekends). Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 8:00pm
The Village Summit Dining Commons will be open for serving meal plan customers from June 1-July 31 (Closed July 4 & Weekends). Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 9:00pm
Bolton Dining Commons will be open for serving meal plan customers from June 1- August 1 at noon. (Open July 4). Hours: MondayFriday 7:00am - 9:00pm | Saturday & Sunday 8:30am - 9:00pm

Box Meals

Box meals are available to camps and conferences who need to eat on the go.. Click here for breakfast and/or lunch forms and information.

Camp Forms

Camps and conferences that would like to eat in the dining commons may request to do so with this form. Please print out the UGA Dining Services Camp Meal Schedule form, complete and submit with your estimated meal counts no later than 3 weeks prior to the start of your camp.
